Return & Exchange

Please read this page carefully before purchase. Proceeding with purchase implies that buyer is agreeable to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

 

Exchange
Our return policy lasts 3 days from the receiving date. After 10 days from shipping date, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

Exchange is eligible for the following reasons
a) Incorrect merchandise received
b) Defective merchandise received

Return items will be accepted upon meeting the following criteria
a) Return item is in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unaltered)
b) Item is not purchased from a third party

 

Refund 
Refund is only applicable only when an incorrect/defective merchandise has been sent to you and the item is currently out of stock. Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

 

Exchange & Refund procedure

  1. Please send an email to our Customer Service team at fenlyn.co@gmai.com within 3 days of receiving the item with the following information
    • Photo of the incorrect/defective item in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unaltered) via
    • Order number
    • Customer’s contact number
  2. Our Customer Service team will contact you through email/phone regarding the exchange/refund request.

 

Shipping Fee of Return Order

a) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
b) We will not be liable for the shipping cost incurred in return orders.

 

Product
The actual colour and design of products may differ slightly from the photographs on our website due to differences in monitor resolution, lighting and photography effects as well as manufacturing process. In this case, we will not recognize the item as defective.
